1. How do I register?

To save users/customers from hassle-free shopping experience, www.copperjewelery.com provides you the facility to shop first and register later. When you register at www.copperjewelery.com you will be asked to provide your basic information and a unique email address. This information will be kept secured. Yes, you can give your valuable feedback for the products on the website at our Feedback section.

3. I have made the payment on the website, have you received the payments?

Once we receive the payment from your side a confirmation email and call from the customer support team will be made to you. In case you have not received the email, kindly let us know the same by calling up on the customer support number and send us a proof of transaction via email at info@copperjewelery.com.

4. I have placed an order, when will I receive the delivery?

We shall endeavor to deliver the goods within 7 days from day of placing the order subject to availability of the goods. Please note that there is a special charge for delivery request during holidays and Sundays as deliveries do not happen on National Holidays and Sundays as there are no Courier services available on these days. In case of any delay for whatever reason, we will keep you informed.

5. How should I track my order status?

You will be informed about your Order Status through email. 6. Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

The product would only be delivered where the card used is registered at the time of placing the order. This is to ensure the authenticity of the transaction and to avoid any fraudulent transaction.

7. I have forgotten my user ID and Password?

8. Where all do you deliver the product and what will be the delivery time?

The products will be delivered to all the hook and corners of the world where our logistic partners can ensure delivery. In case you have any query, you may call our customer service number at +91-9958101740. However, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver the goods for any particular location or area. You may call our customer services number to check up the delivery time.

9. What should I do if I receive the product ordered in a damaged/defective condition?

If the package appears to be in damaged or defective condition or you discover that the goods were damaged in transit, then please refuse the delivery and put a suitable remark on the POD. In such a situation you are required to contact the customer support team informing the same. If the package has been damaged in transit then in such case, we will replace the product purchased by you. Please make sure that the request for replacement of item is made immediately. Once the goods are accepted by you, you may not return it at a later time.

10. How can I cancel my order?

We reserve the rights for Order Cancellation. In case you want to cancel the Order you will be required to call the customer support team at +91-9804139522 and give the Order reference number. 11. What is the returns policy?

You can return the goods if the package appears to be in defective or damaged condition at the time of delivery. For details kindly see the Cancellation and Return policy.

12. What should I do if I receive some other product rather than the order Placed?

Kindly do not accept the goods at the time of delivery, and put a suitable remark on the POD. We will redeliver the correct goods to your address without any additional cost. We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your address. However, if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we request you to kindly contact our customer support team immediately.

15. The item which I received does not look good in quality?

You understand and acknowledge that the handicraft goods are handmade items, and thus, may not be excellent in look and quality and may not be as excellent as machine made goods. Thus, you are required to look into all aspect of the handicraft items, before making the order. The return of goods shall not be accepted solely on the ground that the goods are not fine or as excellent as machine made goods.

16. I am using the discount code or coupon code provided by you, however the same is not being accepted by you. Why?

Any discount code, coupons etc. received by you through any source, shall only be accepted by us, if the same is genuine and is recognized by our system. If the code entered by you is not accepted by our system, it means that the code is either incorrect or fraudulent. It can also be verified while you order for any goods through us and enter the discount code or coupon code while entering the details in the order form. The same shall be authenticated by calling our customer service number or by sending us an email.

17. I am being charged additional payment in the name of import duties and taxes?

An additional import duties and taxes may be levied once the shipment is delivered in another country other than India, which becomes payable by you before you accept the delivery of the goods. The said duties and taxes changes frequently as per the laws of the land and differs from country to country, therefore, we are unable to assess it beforehand. The additional import duties and taxes may be presented with an invoice from our logistic partner and you will have to make the payment directly at the time of delivery. In case you refuse to pay for the import duties and taxes, the goods shall not be handed over to you by our logistic partners. Under such circumstances, we shall not be responsible and liable for non-delivery of goods to you and will not provide any refunds.

18. I re-ordered for a product I liked. However, the product received this time is not same as the earlier one?

In case you have re-ordered for a product which you liked, it is likely that the product ordered may not be unique or identical to any previous orders. As the product displayed and sold through this site is handicraft items which are hand crafted, therefore, it is not possible to create and design identical product as in the case of machine made items. You understand that goods may be similar but not same in shape, design, colour etc.
